This policy explains how Self-Employed Health Solutions ("we", "us") handles information on selfemployedhealthsolutions.com, our agent portal, and our Quote Builder browser extension.
Information you give us
When you request a quote or book a call on our website, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, zip code, household size, ages, and estimated income. We use it only to contact you about health coverage and to prepare quotes for you.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the licensed agent helping you, and with insurance carriers or enrollment platforms when you ask us to quote or apply.
Quote Builder extension
Quote Builder is a Chrome extension for licensed agents who use our agent portal. When an agent presses Quote on a lead, the extension:
- takes the quote details from the portal (zip code, people applying, dates of birth, sex, height, weight, tobacco use, and household income),
- fills them into the quoting sites the agent is already logged into in their own browser,
- reads the prices back and returns them to the portal, where they are saved to that lead.
What the extension does not do: it does not see, collect, or store passwords. It does not track browsing, run on other websites, use analytics or ads, or send data to any server other than the portal and the quoting sites the agent is using. It does not keep any data after a quote is finished.
The information is used only to build the quote the agent asked for. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to decide credit or lending.
How we protect information
Information is sent over secure (HTTPS) connections and kept in accounts that only our team can access.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@selfemployedhealthsolutions.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
